**Objectif du poste**
CAT Inc, leader dans l'industrie du transport, est à la recherche d'une personne fiable pour rejoindre notre entreprise en pleine croissance. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une personne expérimentée, qui rejoindrait notre équipe de sécurité et assurer la conformité avec les réglementations FMCSA DOT et canadiennes ainsi qu'avec les directives de l'entreprise.
Ce poste comprend la responsabilité d'une grande variété de fonctions qui soutiennent nos objectifs de sécurité et de conformité, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:
- La résolution des accidents, y compris le premier point de contact après un accident
- Effectuer des analyses d'accidents, avec des recommandations pour la formation post-accident et l'analyse des causes profondes.
- Le contrôle et l'analyse de la conformité des conducteurs
- Examiner les rapatriements juridictionnels en cas de non-conformité (CVOR, USDOT, permis de conduire).
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des mesures d'amélioration et/ou de réduction dans tous les domaines tels que : les infractions au code de la route, les infractions au CVOR/USDOT, les taux d'accidents, la fréquence des accidents du travail et l'entretien des rapports d'accidents de l'équipement du propriétaire-exploitant.
- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives en réponse aux accidents et incidents, le cas échéant
- Élaborer un programme de suivi du conducteur dans la cour avant le départ et documenter toutes les interactions de suivi.
- Formation des conducteurs
- Fournir la formation nécessaire (actions correctives après l'accident, marchandises dangereuses, etc.)
- Promouvoir CAT inc en tant que destination de choix pour l'emploi lors de divers événements de recrutement, le cas échéant.
- Contribuer à la communication permanente des mises à jour et des changements en matière de sécurité, de sûreté, d'environnement et de conformité à un groupe de conducteurs large et diversifié.
- Utiliser les ressources appropriées pour maintenir et améliorer les connaissances actuelles de tous les aspects des exigences réglementaires de l'industrie du transport.
- Contrôler les performances des conducteurs à l'aide de Shaw Tracking sensorTracs et ISAAC
- Effectuer des évaluations routières et former les nouveaux conducteurs.
**Exigences**:
- Deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la conformité.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en matière de présentation de groupe
- Grand souci du détail, bonne gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation
- Connaissance approfondie et compréhension des autoroutes canadiennes et américaines, des pratiques de sécurité et de sûreté - CVOR, US DOT FMCSR, heures de service, CSA, arrimage des charges, HazMat/marchandises dangereuses, C-TPAT/FAST.
- Permis de conduire valide de classe AZ

**Safety and Compliance Coordinator**
**Job Purpose**
CAT Inc, a leader in the transportation industry is looking for a dependable person to join our rapidly growing company. We are currently looking for an experienced individual, who would join our Safety team to ensure compliance with FMCSA DOT and Canadian regulations as well as company guidelines.
This position includes responsibility for a wide variety of functions that support our safety and compliance goals, including, but not limited to:
- Accident resolution, including first point of contact after an accident
- Conduct accident reviews, with recommendations for post-accident training and root cause analysis
- Driver compliance monitoring and analysis
- Review jurisdictional repatriations for non-compliance (CVOR, USDOT, drivers abstracts)
- Recommend and implement improvement and/or reduction measures in all areas such as: traffic violations, CVOR/USDOT violations, accident rates, WCB frequency, and accident reporting maintenance of owner-operator equipment.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions in response to accidents and incidents, if any
- Develop a schedule for pre-departure monitoring of the driver in the yard and documentation of all monitoring interactions
- Driver training
- Provide training as required (corrective actions after the accident, dangerous goods, etc.)
- Promote CAT inc as a job destination of choice at various recruiting events as needed.
- Assist in the ongoing communication of safety, environmental and compliance updates/changes to a large and diverse group of drivers
- Use appropriate resources to maintain and improve current knowledge of all aspects of transportation industry regulatory
