Oral Health Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Sechelt Dental Centre. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with dentists to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
- Oral Health Maintenance: Clean and stimulate gums to prevent gum disease, apply fluoride treatment, and remove stains and deposits from teeth.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Take, develop, and mount X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, manage inventory, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene and licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body.
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience in dental hygiene, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
