Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the hotel's reservations and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the hotel's reservations and guest services, ensuring seamless communication with guests and staff.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support the hotel's diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
