Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the hotel's reservations and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the hotel's reservations and guest services
- Establish and maintain relationships with guests and other hotel departments
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
- Assist with training and development of front desk staff
- Participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reservations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
