Key Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required (Candidates must provide proof of degree completion. If obtained from outside Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report demonstrating Canadian equivalency is necessary).
  2. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in battery production, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing business principles.
  3. Experience in managing large-scale projects as a manufacturing engineer or project manager, particularly on specialized manufacturing lines.
  4. Proficiency with simulation tools and digital methods, including AutoCAD and Siemens PLM, along with a strong grasp of mechanical design principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. A Master's degree in engineering.
  2. Experience in launching assembly processes, with a minimum of 2 years on significant projects.
  3. A comprehensive understanding of assembly systems.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Demonstrated project management expertise.
  6. Proficiency in developing scopes of work.
  7. Experience with PFMEA, FMEA, and Risk Assessment methodologies.
  8. Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, TeamCenter, and Aurora.
