About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Culture Crust Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation and Cooking: Assist in the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food products meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
