About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Culture Crust Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain our high standards.
    • Order supplies and equipment to ensure we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working effectively and safely.
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we are operating within our budget.
  • Leadership and Teamwork
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Recruit and hire staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
    • Manage kitchen operations to ensure we are meeting our targets and exceeding our customers' expectations.

    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English.
