We're a 80's & 90's inspired nostalgia-loving restaurant open for lunch, dinner, and boozy weekend brunches. Our menu features a damn delicious selection of fresh, in-house made items with only the highest quality ingredients every day.

Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in providing a premium dining experience to our guests. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, pricing, and inventory management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, health codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines, health codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Food Handlers certification.
