Kitchen Manager

At The Coop Wicked Chicken, we're on the hunt for a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary crew, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen team in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce food and labor costs
- Ensure adherence to standardized recipes and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence
- Implement and maintain a safe and healthy food handling environment
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and all equipment is in good working order
- Manage kitchen schedules and labor costs
- Utilize and follow all company systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a comparable restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and restaurant inventory programs
- Knowledge and understanding of managing budgets, labor, and food costs
- Food Handlers certification
- All In positive attitude
