At The Coop Wicked Chicken, we're on the hunt for a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary crew, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen team in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce food and labor costs
  • Ensure adherence to standardized recipes and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence
  • Implement and maintain a safe and healthy food handling environment
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and all equipment is in good working order
  • Manage kitchen schedules and labor costs
  • Utilize and follow all company systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a comparable restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers and restaurant inventory programs
  • Knowledge and understanding of managing budgets, labor, and food costs
  • Food Handlers certification
  • All In positive attitude
