Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to explore and identify strategies for strengthening our brand and attracting new clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with examining market dynamics, monitoring advertising expenditures, investigating consumer behavior, generating insights, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance our marketing strategies and campaigns. Success in this role requires familiarity with PPC campaigns and proficiency in processing and analyzing marketing data. Ultimately, your contributions will ensure the effective allocation of our marketing budget and the successful targeting of our audience through campaigns that align with our business goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and vision.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate benchmarking data.
- Examine sales funnels and customer intent.
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
- Report on marketing KPIs (leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement).
- Oversee budget allocation and performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Suggest optimizations for websites and campaigns.
- Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional initiatives (automation software, social media scheduling, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate marketing plans and assess their effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new client acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive marketing reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide insights.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The starting salary for this position is $80,000 annually plus bonuses.
