About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our Market Research team at IQVIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise and research assistance to support various projects undertaken by the Market Research team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate Online Survey Programming: Ensure the accuracy of online survey programming for Quant projects by conducting link testing as needed.
  • Environmental Scans and Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive environmental scans of complex topics and synthesize key findings into presentations or reports for clients.
  • Data Coding and Analysis: Aid in coding open-ended responses from market research studies and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • PowerPoint Template Development: Prepare PowerPoint templates, input data, and review templates for each project under the guidance of the Principal, Market Research.
  • Physician Recruitment and Database Management: Assist in physician recruitment campaigns and contribute to the growth and accuracy of Metrika's best-in-class HCP database.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of previous professional experience, preferably working with pharmaceutical data.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the healthcare system, knowledge of specialized therapeutic areas, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and prioritization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
