About the Role:
As a vital member of Allegis Group Services, Inc., the Market Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our Client Delivery, Implementation, and Business Development teams. This position involves advising senior management and executives on pricing strategies, market-based pricing models, and potential cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive economic research to guide clients on labor sourcing based on industry, occupation, and economic trends at global, national, and local levels.
- Analyze economic data related to labor markets and deliver well-crafted written analyses and verbal presentations of findings.
- Examine pricing data, methodologies, and sources, presenting these insights to executive-level clients and AGS program teams in a professional manner.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from Market Analytics leadership and collaborate with client sponsorship and program office teams.
- Actively engage as a contributing member of the Market Analytics team, participating in discussions, analyses, and writing tasks.
- Work autonomously while seeking team support when necessary, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
- Present analyses and recommendations professionally to executives of Fortune 1000 companies.
- Clean and manipulate diverse data sets from various internal and external databases for use by the Market Analytics team and the broader BI team.
- Manage a variety of ad hoc research projects as requested by client sponsorship, presenting findings and their implications for client sourcing decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new client implementations, advising on optimal pricing setups for contingent labor sourcing.
- Review project deadlines and scopes, utilizing Market Analytics leadership for escalations and resolution recommendations.
- Support strategic Market Analytics initiatives, including process improvements, automation, dashboard development, and SOP creation.
- Contribute to Market Analytics projects beyond EBRs as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker capable of transforming data into actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas, is strongly preferred. A background in Economics is also highly desirable.
