Position OverviewThe Market Insights Analyst I plays a pivotal role in supporting the Client Delivery, Implementation, and Business Development sectors at AGS. This position is responsible for advising client management on pricing strategies, market-based pricing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The analyst will conduct comprehensive economic research to guide clients in labor sourcing based on industry trends and economic conditions.
- Analyze economic data: Interpret labor market data and present findings through well-crafted reports and presentations.
- Pricing strategy: Understand and communicate pricing methodologies and data sources to executive-level stakeholders.
- Proactive learning: Continuously seek knowledge about clients, industries, and business trends relevant to the role.
- Support team initiatives: Assist Market Analytics leadership with various requests and contribute to team discussions and analyses.
- Autonomous work: Operate independently while collaborating with team members as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated regions, advising on pricing models and cost-saving initiatives through regular assessments of rate cards and labor market conditions.
- Deliver professional presentations of analyses and recommendations to executives of leading corporations.
- Develop Talent Maps to evaluate skill sets within the market, aiding program teams in sourcing strategies.
- Manage and manipulate data from diverse internal and external databases for the Market Analytics team and broader BI team.
- Conduct various ad hoc research projects as requested, presenting findings and their implications for client sourcing decisions.
- Guide new client implementations, advising on optimal pricing setups for contingent labor sourcing.
- Evaluate project deadlines and scopes, collaborating with Market Analytics leadership for escalations and recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic Market Analytics projects, including process improvements and dashboard development.
- Assist with initiatives beyond regular responsibilities as needed.
