- Identify actionable insights and business opportunities to support marketing and sales strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously improve the capabilities of our Business Intelligence and Customer Relations management tools, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
- Ensure the upkeep of SugarCRM and Cognos programs, as well as limited customer portal admin duties, to maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
- Review various data platforms to retrieve research information and determine trends and business opportunities, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage and implement the sales incentive program, coordinating with management and accounting on the disbursement of incentive funds.
- Ensure branding guidelines are consistently applied across all mediums, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Post-secondary education in economics, business analysis, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in managing BI and CRM applications, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft applications skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to create complex data models and visualizations.
- Experience working in a team environment and the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
- Candidate must be able to work additional hours as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting business needs.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, including solid business case skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
