About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring the effective management of our human capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives and drive organizational success.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the performance and development of employees to ensure they have the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience
    • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
    • Conduct regular employee feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Manage HR systems, including payroll, time-off, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a technology or innovation-based industry.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proven track record of success in HR leadership and management.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
