Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both manually and electronically.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including dental, health, and vision plans.
    • Coordinate and manage employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and other forms of remuneration.
  • HR Systems and Technology
    • Manage and maintain HR systems and technology, including databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
    • Ensure that all HR systems and technology are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
