About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and cook meals to the highest standard.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
