Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
