Position: Administrative Operations Coordinator

This role demands exceptional analytical abilities, proficient communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, research capabilities, and effective time management to facilitate a dynamic office and operational setting. The individual will be tasked with generating intricate reports, utilizing various software applications and databases (e.g., MS Access). This position also involves establishing methodologies and procedures for executing complex assignments, offering advanced expertise in office support, and preparing and/or coordinating information for both internal and external stakeholders, alongside assigned ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts office functions, including documentation, data entry, filing, and calculations.
  • Oversees all activities related to incoming and outgoing operations.
  • Engages with all internal and external services, including maintenance, logistics, hub operations, flight management, agriculture, customs, and various suppliers.
  • Provides assistance to colleagues with any contingencies and communicates pertinent details to relevant departments.
  • Facilitates communication across regions and countries.
  • Compiles and reviews all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Audits supplier invoices for accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent international qualification
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational capabilities
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours and holidays as necessary
