Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, handling day-to-day services, and coordinating the needs of internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives within the operation.
- Assist in facilitating the execution of procedures and management of systems.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
