Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs.
Work Environment

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
