About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead our global sales team and drive revenue growth for our award-winning IoT company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals across different regions to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, with a proven track record of success in global B2B sales and business development
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Proven success in scaling up sales businesses and achieving high revenue growth
  • Experience working in large SaaS companies with strong sales processes and a proven track record of success
  • Strong network and understanding of the commodity trading and commodities trade finance sectors
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to think strategically
