About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and evaluate financial performance to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement conflict resolution procedures to prevent future incidents.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The Office Administrator will work in a fast-paced administrative environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
