About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chinatown Post Office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as compile data and statistics as required.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
