We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to become a vital part of our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management team. In this prominent role, you will be instrumental in steering the success of various enterprise and product initiatives by managing and leading cross-functional projects. We are looking for a professional who can effectively coordinate between diverse teams and business stakeholders to align systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives by managing cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and progress reports. Proactively identify and address risks to delivery and manage interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather requirements and ensure that plans are well-defined, thoroughly documented, and agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies, implementing best practices to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Provide regular program updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and competing priorities to relevant parties in a timely and organized manner.
  • Promote clear communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring smooth information flow across different teams and departments.
  • Assist in establishing, nurturing, and promoting best-practice standards and processes across the Technical Project Management Office.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a SaaS/B2B environment, with a proven track record of successful program deliveries and implementations.
  • Proficient in utilizing productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in SaaS application development.
  • Ability to identify underlying issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate collaborative team building.
  • Experienced in regularly reporting program status to senior executives and managing change negotiations.
  • Skilled in coordinating the efforts of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications are preferred.
