About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Hengam. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians, and coordinate their execution.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures for IT projects, and evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with software and hardware requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, and recruit staff as needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of agile methodologies, Jira, data processing and systems, software quality assurance, and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in software development, project implementation, management, and product development.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organization, teamwork, and proactivity.
