About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Hengam. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development and data systems.
  • Skills: Agile, Jira, data processing and systems, software quality assurance, process improvement, and Scrum.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, and proactive.
