Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Orchestrating and accelerating technology projects across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and alignment between departments.
  • Establishing robust reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify potential issues, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing predictable delivery paths for large-scale projects, streamlining processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your team and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on project status.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of business strategy and technical domains to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and evaluating their potential impact on projects.
  • Thriving in ambiguous environments, taking initiative to drive projects forward and establish clear direction.
  • Communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating with external technology providers to optimize implementation plans and achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Understanding the needs of engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless development, maintenance, and operation of services.
  • Proactively monitoring project metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement to align with organizational objectives.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
