Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager to join our team at REPOWER FINANCIAL GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform tasks such as assembling data, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and ability to multitask
