Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Acme Accounting Solutions Inc. in a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, organized, accurate, and reliable.
