About the Role

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Source and procure high-quality materials and supplies from reputable vendors
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely deliveries
    • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
    • Verify stock availability and ensure timely replenishment
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
    • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, sales, and operations teams
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues and improve relationships
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software
