Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of over 20 employees to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
