Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Eagle Plains Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
