Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assist clients/guests with special needs, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
