- Document Preparation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, and prepare documents for review.
- Confidential Record Keeping: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare draft agendas for meetings and manage the transcription and distribution of minutes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and visitors.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Experience with electronic mail systems.
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail.
- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP program.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
