Job Title: Partner Account Manager - Channel Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Partnerships team at Rewind. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding our ecosystem of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and pursue new partner opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Partner Management: Manage and grow existing partner relationships, providing training and support to ensure partner success.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through partner-sourced sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve partner onboarding, training, and support processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience: In a partner-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, sales, and marketing principles.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify new partner opportunities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for partner meetings and events.
