Job Summary

Challgle Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Shipper to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all activities are coordinated and executed efficiently.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
