Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the organization's operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the organization has the necessary materials and supplies to meet its operational needs.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on the organization's logistics operations, including metrics on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
