About the Role

Cosmoify Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth receipt and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, including metrics on delivery times, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise a team of logistics coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
