Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and store maintenance.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve performance.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
