Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1042131 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Responsibilities:

* Determine the size of food portions and costs
* Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience

Work Environment:
