Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.
Staff Supervision and TrainingLead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
Quality ControlInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Financial ManagementEstimate food costs, manage inventory, and control labor costs to ensure the kitchen operates within budget.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
SkillsExcellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with overtime required.
