Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable about food safety and handling procedures.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Cleanliness and SanitationMaintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Financial ManagementEstimate and manage food and supply costs, ensuring that the kitchen is operating within budget.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 to 45 hours per week. Travel expenses are paid by the employer.
