Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Management Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor performance.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using SRP/ERP/MRP systems (Syspro an asset).
- Experience with BI or other reporting tools.
- A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
