About the Role

MCD McKesson Canada Corporation / La Corporation McKesson Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Engagement Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation through the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • IT Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an IT roadmap that supports business growth and transformation.
  • Business Case Development: Develop and present business cases for IT investments that demonstrate clear value and return on investment.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of IT portfolios to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition of IT solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, distribution operations, life sciences, and/or customer operations.
  • Effective leadership and training skills, with experience leading multiple, highly diverse teams.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to collaborate and influence decisions at SVP and/or business units president level.
  • Relocation and/or sponsorship is not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Domain expert in the IT area, with deep knowledge of technology solutions; with healthcare IT preferred.
  • Strong business analytical skills with the ability to turn business needs into delivered solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with, and influence, people on all levels.
  • Open-minded for effective collaboration with technical and business teams.
  • Strategic thinking skills – competency to connect business problems to technology solutions.
  • Effective leadership, training, and presentation skills, and experience in leading multiple, highly-diverse teams to achieve results.
