Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist

Cold Chain Science Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product and service transportation delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to customers.
- Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation to optimize logistics operations.
- Review, prepare, and route purchase orders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure smooth operations.
- Procure goods, handle logistics, perform quality checks, and investigate and resolve service-failure events.
- Update operational and technical databases to ensure master data integrity.
- Provide general administrative assistance to CCSE's leadership team.
- Complete quality reports and other related documents.
- Provide first-level support on CCSE's environmental monitoring platform UNI°COLD.
Requirements:
- College diploma or certification in logistics and coordination, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge areas: logistics, inventory management, and general administration.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Very good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
