We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our supply chain operations as a Director of Supply Chain Operations. This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our supply chain strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
  • Operations Coordination: Lead the coordination of supply chain operations across the organization, including production and supply chain activities, to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements
