Key Responsibilities- Lead the Human-Centered Design Practice: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage a Global Team: Lead a team of experienced designers and strategists to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, technology, and other teams to translate business requirements and user insights into innovative design solutions.
- Drive Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital experience design, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
- Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Leverage and maintain design systems, tools, and guidelines to promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Deep Experience in User-Centered Research and Design: Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and services in a financial services or similar industry.
- Strong Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Experience leading a team of seasoned professionals in an agile environment, with excellent iteration, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Excellent Communication and Facilitation Skills: Outstanding skills in research, analysis, communication, and facilitation, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple work streams in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in Design and Research Tools: Proficient in Figma, Mural, usertesting.com, and/or other design, research, and collaborative tools.
