About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Experience Design to lead our global design team and drive the development of innovative customer experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our design practice and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers and experience strategists to deliver end-to-end customer experiences across products and services.
  • Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee the design process, from concept development and prototyping to implementation and iteration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital experience design.
Requirements
  • Deep experience with user-centered research, design methods, and techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and services in a financial services or similar industry.
  • Outstanding skills in research, analysis, communication, and facilitation.
  • Experience leading a team of seasoned professionals in an agile environment.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple work streams in a time-sensitive environment.
